Purpose/Objectives of Position
Swissport, a leading ground services provider in the aviation industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various projects within the organisation, ensuring their successful execution, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of Swissport.

Experience and Competencies
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Excellent organisational and time management skill
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain the national oversight of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), distribution lists, open cases, station survey reminders, and final reports.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any issues or concerns identified through the NPS process
• Manage the national implementation of Military Support at Civilian Airports, including maintaining customer relationships, preparing monthly reports, providing operational oversight, and overseeing Activity Reports and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure readiness for customer meetings by preparing presentations, trackers, and action plans
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of Quarterly Business Reports for key customers such as Cebu, Air New Zealand, VA, and QF.
• Maintain a national tracker for attrition and implement the 6 Red Rules global updates.
• Conduct weekly station meetings to address attrition-related challenges and develop strategies for improvement
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for the APAC Weekly Meeting, which will be delivered by Head of Delivery
• Respond to customer letters, release memos, make announcements, and provide updates on Enterprise agreements and other relevant matters
• Ensure effective communication channels are in place and maintained with stakeholders.
• Develop improvement plans as required, based on station, customer, and operational performance, including addressing executive escalations


• Design and create templates and processes for various needs, such as local training plans, workforce planning minimum engagement templates, headcount trackers, and airport training bookings
• Design job cards, banners, branded merchandise, and posters for promotional events like recruitment fair
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks received daily and prioritise them based on urgency and importance
• Manage operational and commercial projects as specified by the Head of Commercial.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.
