*Responsibilities of Head Chef;
• - controlling and directing the food prep process and other related activities.
• - constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality.
• - Approving and polishing/ inspecting dishes before they reach the customer
• - comply with nutrition and sanitation and safety regulation standards
• - Maintain the kitchen inventory to ensure the necessary ingredients/ materials for cooking
*Skills required of Head Chef;
• - proven experience as Head chef with extensive and superior cooking skills in lebanese cuisine
• - Obtained a relevant qualification in commercial cooking
• - exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• - ability in delegating responsibilities, duties to staff and monitoring progress
• - outstanding communication and leadership skills
• - up to date with culinary trends ,kitchen processes and staff training
Must be able to work afternoon and night shifts
