Responsibilities:
• Perform requirement analysis of the System Program and consult with management team with facts supported by research and market analysis
• Analyse, test and perform gap analysis identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• Test, debug, diagnose and advise errors in applications within given testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards
• Correct detected errors and implement suggested changes within the programming language and provided guidelines to ensure programs and application perform to specification
• Code Design, improve, and Debug system and application in suitable programming languages
• Propose features and improvements in existing system and highlight the task within the technical specifications
• Provide advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades
• Interpret specifications, technical designs and flow charts to builds appropriate software program
• Maintain and modify the code for software applications, construct technical specifications from a business functional model, and test and write technical documentation
• Maintain and update end user manual and required documentation of the program including operational procedures
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Gather and document requirements for enhancements to existing and implementation of new system
• Produce specifications by translating business problems into user stories, process maps, data flow design, UI design and API integration Continuously seek methods to improve business processes by finding technical solution and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Act as an information source and liaison between business and IT department, always validating the solution will achieve intended outcome
• Collaborate with global Finance Process & Systems Optimization and with other ecommerce markets and Shared Service Centre team on joint projects
Key Requirements:
Bachelor of Software Engineering, or
Bachelor of Computer Science
2 Years of experience in the similar position
