REDMAC AG SERVICES is a Case IH Machinery Dealer based in the midwest of Western Australia. We are currently employing a Customer Service Manager for the Three Springs branch.
The CSM will manage the Service Department and must be able to perform the following: -
• Organise work and planned maintenance for the customers’ machinery
• Perform preseason inspections and prepare service quotes for combines
• Respond to customer enquiries within service & parts department and provide a successful resolution
• Maintain the advanced farming technology portals including managing product improvements, understand knowledge articles, and respond to product improvement programs
• Use Electronic Service Tool software to identify engine faults
• Pre Deliver and run up machinery on farm for farmers
• Utilise systems & reports provided in vehicle management systems
• Where possible, offer alternative product related solutions to customers.
• Manage, motivate, and develop team members to assist providing customer services.
• Attend all customer service team meetings, system and product training sessions as directed.
• Contact customers regarding machinery servicing and repairs for dealership using Nidasu as an after-market marketing tool
• Use programs and marketing material provided by factory to promote the dealership.
• Follow up customers on a routine basis to ensure they have received and understand any performance issues with machinery.
• Work with and support our group helping to support customers and create sales opportunities.
• Maintain air conditioning tools in accordance with ARC
• Utilise Dealer Management Systems for service management
• Carry out duties in accordance with State & Federal Laws; complying with all company policies and procedures including OH&S and ARC (Aust Refrigeration Council).
