About the role;
We are currently seeking a Full Time Commis Chef to join our dynamic and professional kitchen team. We have opportunities available in our al la carte and buffet environments. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for the customer service. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.
Duties;
- Prepare and present menu items showing creativity and flair
- Assist with ordering necessary food items accordingly to business needs and demands
- Familiarising yourself with VIP and regular passengers to ensure their requests and needs are met
- Having the necessary skills and training to actively resolve any challenges presented by passengers – the ability to turn any negative into a positive.
