About the Role

This role will see you leading the transition of products, services and process into the Central Services Business Unit. You’ll be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders and oversee the onboarding and offboarding of customers into Central Services, ensuring alignment with defined processes. This role will see you take the lead in the change management process for Central Services, including infrastructure changes, communication to stakeholders, and coordination with the Change Advisory Board (CAB). You will head continuous improvement and attend operational meetings to discuss transition plans, service performance, and improvements as needed. Lastly, the role entails engaging with colleagues globally to ensure alignment of processes and procedures.

About you:

You perform at your best in a fast-paced environment. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have previous experience working in a service centre environment, with exposure to ITIL change management best practices. You’ve exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have proven experience engaging with key stakeholders to implement and deliver change.

ITIL Service Management Qualification or equivalent is highly regarded.
