Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Assisting with food and drink preparation as needed.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Providing customers with information about menu items and specials.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
