Kushi 1914 Pty Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing booking, and greeting and seating customers
- Supervising and training new staff
- Monitoring staff roasters, performance
- Managing food and beverage served to the customers set by the employer
- Managing and ordering food and beverage stock
- Managing and practising workplace health and safety procedures
- Monitoring customer's feedback and handling complaints
- Organising and maintaining the cleaning of the whole restaurant area
- Collaborate with managers to synchronize activities across different sectors of the establishment
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the employer

The Restaurant Supervisor role will join our leadership team in delivering memorable food experiences through our degustation-focussed lunch service, onsite functions and events.
We are looking for an individual with:
