Customer Service Manager $100-120k+super Rosebery Parking on site Permanent full-time role
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business that provides B2B projects/solutions predominantly to the FMCG market. In this role, you will be managing a small team as well as taking a leadership role within the business. The team has an average tenure of 10 years in the business so this is a great opportunity to take ownership of the function alongside a genuine potential for development and growth. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team across both supply chain and customer service, ensuring client experience is exceptional as well as efficiency's are maintained across the team and business. The business is well-established and has grown organically over the last few years, this role reports to the MD and support/training is provided. This role is based out of a modern open-plan office in Rosebery with on-site parking provided.
Duties to include
Develop relationships with key clients, manage and delegate workflow throughout the team
Ensure client experience is outstanding
Engage with your team meetings to promote effective and ongoing communication.
Manage and delegate import documentation as well as local freight delivery processes.
Day-to-day people management of the customer service team
Experience/skills:
People management experience is key
Experience of managing a customer service team in a B2B environment
Excellent usability with Microsoft Office and SAP or a similar ERP.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
