As a full-time, permanent employee, you will work 38 hours per week with the potential for overtime and weekend work. With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities:

Performing / Assisting residents with showering and personal hygiene
Performing / Assisting residents with dressing and most aspects of grooming
Performing / Assisting residents with oral care
General tiding of resident areas, wardrobes, cupboards
Tiding of all care areas inclusive of dirty utility room
Removal and transport of dirt linen
Manual Handling tasks individually where applicable or as part of a team

Entry Level: Annual $54,478 p.a Hourly rates: $27.57 p.h
Grade 1: Annual $56,632 p.a Hourly rates: $28.66 p.h
Grade 2: Annual $59,497 p.a Hourly rates: $30.11 p.h
Entry level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record.
Available Positions: 40
Estimated Start Date: 28/11/2023
To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:

Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug alcohol test
Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team
Willingness to work indoors assisting elderly people with their needs
Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination
Be able to provide two reference checks
Immediate start possible
Availability across day, afternoon and night shift - depending on your assigned role.
