About your duties and responsibilities:
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house;
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service;
Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff;
Create employee schedules and manage shifts;
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback;
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction;
Address customer complaints and resolve any issues;
Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget;
Control costs and implement strategies for cost reduction;
Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control;
Collaborate with the chef or kitchen staff to create menus;
Ensure menu offerings meet customer preferences and trends;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
Implement and maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices;
Manage inventory levels and oversee deliveries;
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff;
Conduct training sessions on customer service, food safety, and other relevant topics;
Foster a positive work environment and promote team building;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as Restaurant Manager;
Ability to manage all the operations of the venue;
Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organisational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000;
