Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, manage, direct and motivate Education Sector staff providing customer services;
Prepare and Implement Education Sector customer service policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations including services provided to our customers;
Conduct regular meetings with our Education Sector customer service staff to discuss and resolve customer service issues;
identify and respond to Education Sector customer expectations, teach, supervise and assist our staff providing customer services;
Plan and implement after sales services with our Education Sector customers In order to follow up with customer satisfaction;
Ensure that our Education Sector staff providing customer services treat customers In accordance with customer service policy and ensure customer satisfaction in relation to customer services;
Working In unison with other Customer Service Manager at Brasv as and when required;
Staff Training in relation to Education Sector customer service and in accordance with Company policy.
