We are licensed Waterproofing Technicians, as well as preferred applicators for leading waterproofing brands. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an immediate start to support our growing team and oversee projects from conception to final completion.
Key responsibilities
• Lead all phases of the project from conception to completion with a high level of proficiency and expertise
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and meet all quality expectations
• Build relationships and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure project success
• Regularly report on project progress to the directors and leadership teams
• Lead decisions on issue management and process improvement
Skills and experience
• Previous Project Management experience
• Proven track record as a Project Manager with projects involving work through all phases, from contract negotiation to job completion
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
• A strong eye for details
• An energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to drive better outcomes
