Cotton Tree Beach Bar is now looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of the venue.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Make menu decisions after consulting the chef and the kitchen staff.
Plan and organising events and marketing initiatives.
Plan the purchases and pricing of products, in accordance with the budget.
Keep track of financial transactions and stock level
Ensure that dining areas adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
Interact with customers to determine how satisfied they are with food and service.
Recruit and train employees;
Take orders, greet visitors, and take reservations both via phone and email
Manage sales and spending goals as well as employee performance.
Manage the scheduling and rostering of the employees.
Manage and supervise the overall activities of the restaurant including FOH and BOH at all times
Operate EFT POS machines and point of sale at the bar area and dining area, including till management.
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as Restaurant Manager;
Ability to manage all the operations of the venue;
Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organisational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure
Job Type: full/time, permanent;
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000;
