Play an integral role to maintaining and improving efficiency of the ALDI National Supply Chain Department. Our Group Director is known for their approachability, open communication, and commitment to creating a supportive workplace. We are seeking a Personal Assistant who can complement this ethos by providing seamless support and contributing to our vibrant environment. This is a permanent full-time position, based in Minchinbury.
What does the role look like?
- Provide exceptional administrative and project support to the Group Director of National Supply Chain
- Efficiently manage the exchange of correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays harmoniously connected
- Manage the Group Directors diaries, schedule meetings and prepare agendas
- Maintain an overview of the Group Directors’ portfolio of work, provide input for process improvement
- Support the Group Director in the preparation, interpretation, analysis and presentation of reports and various department-related documentation
- Collaborate with the PA team, wider internal stakeholders to align Supply Chain goals with the company's overall objectives.
