As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Catholic Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for IT related issues and requests for a broad range of hardware, software, systems and applications.
Your recent experience in a Level 1/2 IT Service Desk role providing customer support for all IT Services - Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request Management and Asset Management, will aid your success.
This role will involve providing remote and some face to face support to Catholic Healthcare staff and as such requires someone with excellent customer service and communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, ability to empathise with customers, build rapport & take end to end ownership of cases, in addition to;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed listening skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 and MS Office 2016.
- Experience supporting PABX and a knowledge of Citrix and thin client devices
- Proven experience assisting with personal computers/laptops, thin client devices, printers and smart devices (android tablets and smartphones)
- Comfortable working to standard processes, SLA/KPI and agreed resolution instructions
- Ability to recognise and highlight opportunities for service improvement
- A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and a friendly approach is essential
- ITIL certification or relevant Microsoft tertiary qualifications preferred
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid 19 Immunisation
