Immediate start! Your new company is a well known organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ an AR officer on a 6 month fixed-term basis. Your new role will include but will not be limited to:
Ensuring customers are billed in a timely and accurate manner
Ensuring customer's queries are responded to promptly via email/phone calls in order to maintain a high level of customer experience
Identify invoicing and data process issues and provide timely solutions
Understand Operational and Job Management systems to ensure proper flow of Information to Invoicing
Responsible for the month-end process including sales accruals, customer spending vs actual/budget reporting etc
Assisting Financial Controller in developing and maintaining accurate costing systems
Work closely with internal/external project teams to update and implement new systems covering invoicing, internal control and administrative processes
Preparing ad-hoc reports to assist management decision-making and operational efficiency
Document administration and other duties as required
Good communication skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
