Benefits Be a proud member of a highly successful and established NT construction & civil operation business Excellent remuneration and benefits Full time positions with leave entitlements Task & Responsibilities Ensure site WHS is maintained Supervise sit based projects including monitoring of subcontractor procurement Identify potential practical cost saving design solutions for review with Site Manager Coordinate subcontractor planning to ensure adherence to project objectives Monitor and manage project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule and liaise with Site Manager Assist and provide input with project staff in the assessment and selection of subcontractors relative to the market Assist project staff where required Maintain and monitor drawings and drawing register and ensure drawings used onsite are kept in good condition Keep records relating to and maintain contact and communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities Assess plant and labour resource requirements for the project and communicate recommendations to Site Manager Manage and verify site setout and survey, including the establishment of adequate controls and recovery datum Qualification & Experience Nationally Recognised Construction Induction Recognised degree minimum 3 years in estimating, administration and project management or other relevant qualification or other relevant industry experience Sound knowledge of construction / civil materials and methods Project programming experience Management and planning skills First Aid Fire Warden & Extinguisher Training Drivers License About Company Sitzler is a highly regarded Australian construction company delivering quality projects safely, in an environmentally and socially conscious manner.
