We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sous Chef at Restaurant Dan Arnold, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen and will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in menu development and daily specials
Overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes
Managing kitchen staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation meet our Michelin standards
Ordering and managing inventory to maintain stock levels
Implementing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Sous Chef position, you must have the following qualifications:

Proven experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants or establishments of similar caliber
Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of contemporary cooking techniques
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
A passion for food and a creative approach to creating new dishes
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a world-class dining experience
