The Role:
This role undertakes a wide range of activities to support our client accounts and new business activities and will be responsible for building strong relationships with assigned clients. Over time, you will be responsible for developing and building your skills and knowledge to enable you to deliver advisory services to a broad range of international clients.
Your duties will include:
• Build strong relationships with day-to-day contacts within assigned client organisations
• Shadow senior team members to learn how to identify and develop client work requirements, scope work, and create work timeframes and budgets, etc.
• Support client uptake and utilisation of Dynamic’s crisis management software
• Support the development of client proposals
• Help coordinate and deliver client work, ensuring that:
• Work documentation is produced and accurate records are maintained
• Internal processes and procedures are implemented concerning client meetings, reporting, invoicing, and variations to work and schedules
• Account/work issues are addressed promptly and professionally
• Work is delivered on time, to budget, and achieves high levels of client satisfaction
• Support business development activities. This will necessitate some or all of the following activities:
• Preparing quotations/proposals
• Maintaining accurate sales pipeline information
• Supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Attending industry/networking events
About you:
We will provide all of the necessary training for this role. However, there are some key personal characteristics and requirements that are necessary to ensure your success in this role:
• Several years’ experience for crisis and emergency management, business continuity and security disciplines required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Some experience with undertaking account growth/new business activities would be ideal
• Proficient in MS Office suite (including Word, Teams, PowerPoint etc.)
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills are essential
• Upbeat and approachable personality
• Well organised with high attention to detail
• Able to self-manage and work autonomously
• Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines

Salary for this range for this role will be between $80,000 - $85,000 per annum.
