Our company specialises in premium high-end residential and commercial window coverings. Operating from our Chatswood Showroom our client base is spread between Homeowners, Interior Designers, Developers, and Builders.
We are offering a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Window Furnishings Salesperson to join our small friendly team and continue to maintain current customers and develop new business.
*We are offering an attractive base salary, commission, motor vehicle, phone, laptop, measuring devices and product training.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
*Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their window covering requirements and providing expert recommendations.
*Showcase the features, benefits, and design possibilities of Curtains, Blinds, Awnings, and Shutter products to drive sales and meet targets.
*Provide personalized consultations, measurements, and quotes to ensure accurate and tailored solutions for customers.
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to offer informed insights and advice to customers.
*Maintain an organised and up-to-date record of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.
Experience & Qualifications
*Previous experience in a sales or product specialist role within the home decor, interior design, or related industry is preferred.
*Strong passion for interior design, architecture, and home improvement.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all ages and nationalities.
*Above standard computer skills. We operate paperless.
*Proven ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
*Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Must be happy to spread your day visiting a client’s home one minute, to going to a construction site the next
*Proficiency in measurements and ability to accurately assess your customers requirements.
*Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Organised. Be able to handle multiple jobs at the same to and keep records of all interactions with clients and suppliers.
