About the role
To be successful in this hands-on role you will be required to perform the following functions:

Key Responsibilities include:
• Proactively identify potential clients to expand our market presence in life science and nutrition.
• Developing and implementing sales initiatives, including effective ways to grow the business with both suppliers and customers.
• Assist in defining the sales strategy of the Company in alignment with Dohler Group Sales Management
• Pre-sales- project manage and coordinate the successful launch of the various Company services with new partners.
• Post-sales- responsible for optimising parts of the service looking to persuade partners to add new features to maximise revenue, including assessing the current performance.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide support on other key accounts, responsible for developing the success of partnerships.
• Involvement with team to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
• Recruit and performance manage all sales team members.
• Set targets by working with Management Team on both financial and customer service KPIs and present and obtain final approval by Directors.
• Hold one on one meetings with management team to review performance of targets, discuss and devise initiatives and sales strategy
• Creating and holding product presentations with customers.
• Analyse markets to find new opportunities with regards to raw materials, technologies, concepts and products.

About you

Skills and Experience:
• Degree in Business Administration or Nutrition science.
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience with a proven client focus
• Ability to build long term rapport with customers and build relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders.
• Dynamic business attitude and high level of customer focus.
• Proactive, energetic, consultative and solution sales expert at identifying and closing new opportunities.
• Excellent communicator- both verbal and written
• Flexible team player with a strong work ethic of honesty and integrity
• Strong negotiation skills, diplomatic and collaborative
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, motivated, and committed team player with positive can-do attitude
• Flexible and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement
