We are currently seeking a full-time Section Waiter with fine-dining experience to join our team. Immediate availability is required, and training will be provided as part of the role.
Essential Ormeggio Requirements:
• Australian working rights.
• Fluent English.
• Essential experience, preferably with a solid understanding of Italian cuisine.
• Minimum of three years of experience in fine-dining or similarly esteemed hatted restaurants.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate.
• Completion of formal hospitality studies.
• Proficiency in wine and food knowledge.
• Must be able to carry three plates.
