The salary offered is $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
The Operations and Financial Analyst is a key role in the Finance and Administration team of Bluerock Caravans Australia Pty Ltd. The Analyst will provide budget and forecasting analysis, regular management reporting and data to assist senior management with business planning and initiatives. The position will analyse data relating to raw material costs, provide financial analysis to senior management and implement financial controls in coordination with the manufacturing team.
The Operations and Financial Analyst is responsible for:
• Generating regular business reporting to senior management.
• Providing cashflow and financial risk analysis to senior management to assess raw materials, production costs, variances from budgets, business capital purchases and feasibility of new sites, dealers and export markets.
• Providing senior management with budget analysis, forecasting for long term planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Providing data to external accountants and assisting with the preparation of financial statements and tax lodgements.
• Accurately estimating and controlling income, expenditure and operating cost for the production and supply of caravans.
• Reconciling transactions and financial data to the company’s accounting system.
• Ensuring accuracy and legal compliance of internally produced financial information and reports.
• Critically analysing business and financial data to convert them into actionable insights.
The applicant must have the following skills:
- At least a bachelors degree in commerce, economics or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of full time work experience in accounting, budget analysis, financial analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen and critical analysis skills.
- In-house experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
