Your new role An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic administration all-rounder to join a collaborative, friendly team in Preston. You will be reporting to the owners &?management of the business and responsible for supporting the team with administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, keen to learn and driven to provide the best possible experience for both internal and external customers. You will have a strong professional work ethic with the ability to undertake your role efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, but can work autonomously as well. What will you be doing day-today:
Dealing with orders and invoicing
Answering incoming calls, taking messages & directing calls appropriately
Allocating and responding to emails
Helping in organising the delivery of orders to the end point
End to end business administrationMarketplace management
Website Maintenance
Maintaining levels of office & kitchen supplies
Completing any ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in office software and tools (MS Office suite)
Ability to solve problems with a proactive mindset
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and able to multitask and prioritise tasks
Experience with Paint or Adobe is highly advantageous.
