Leverage your comprehensive industry knowledge and proven track record as a Civil Project Manager.
Collaborate with the Construction Manager to oversee the daily operations of civil works, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Possess working knowledge of Agile practices, project life cycles, documentation standards, and methodologies.
Adapt swiftly to changing demands, priorities, and directions, showcasing your flexibility and capacity.
Manage projects from initial site setup to successful completion.
Exercise control over all project aspects, including Planning, Resourcing, and Recruitment, to fulfill labor requirements and mobilizations.
Demonstrate effective cost control measures and ensure project efficiency.
Generate project progress reports and conduct regular meetings for effective communication.
Coordinate procurement of materials within set budgets to support project requirements.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Civil Construction industry.
Proficiency in working with both tier 1 and tier 2 companies.
Extensive background in Commercial projects.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in every aspect of your work.
