About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Panel Beaters to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position located in all areas of Regional WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check received parts are correct and for defects.
- Disassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet.
- Repair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet.
- Reassemble vehicle.
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
- Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in aworkable condition.
- Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE.
About You:
- Trade qualified Panel Beater
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a trade qualified Panel Beater
- Strong commitment to work in a safe manner
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Be reliable, punctual & hardworking
- Own tools to fulfil the role
