GenesisCare is currently looking for a New South Wales Engineering Manger. The primary purpose of this role is to participate in and coordinate the provision of engineering services across the state of New South Wales. You will be responsible for the management or a team who will be proving engineering services within the state.
More specifically, you will:
• Implementation of a National Engineering Service Model in the relevant state to align with the Cancer Care Service of Future strategy for Oncology.
• Monitoring and reporting of Radiotherapy Equipment KPI for the state on a monthly basis.
• Continues spare part management of Radiotherapy Equipment in accordance to agreed processes.
• Monitoring and reporting against SLAs with the business to ensure high quality Engineering Service Delivery.
• Ownership of Engineering projects in the respective state.
• Partner with Physics and Service Development functions to deliver aligned and standardised processes and practices.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:
• Experience in managing and leading small to medium groups of engineers
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline
• Engineering experience in Oncology and Medical Imaging desired
• Hold or is eligible for NSW Radiation Use Licence and NSW Restricted Electrical Licence
