As a regional and seasonal restaurant our focus is on working with the best produce available in the area to produce a rotating and innovative menu. Our emphasis is on quality and professionalism in the kitchen, seeking a good-spirited member to join our team long term.
Required skills and experience:
3 years working in a professional restaurant kitchen.
Basic cooking skills as a line cook / chef de partie.
Butchering and pastry skills are a plus.
