The Role
We are currently looking for a passionate and highly motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager to make their own marks and legacy at Novotel Sydney International Airport.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be instrumental in the culinary journey of the restaurant, bars and other Food and Beverage outlets.
Part of this process you will be actively involved in updating the restaurant & bar concept menus. Having good understating of Food and Beverage profitability, labour and food cost controls are a must to succeed in this role.
Above all Guest Satisfaction is a non negotiable parameter.
