- Work independently on lighter duties while assisting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with mise en place and service;
- Collaborate with various departments as needed;
- Progress towards the role of a CDP with the support of training, experience, and knowledge;
- Prepare and present dishes;
- Show flexibility by working independently when necessary;
- Primarily assist the culinary team and provide valuable support;
