We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team in our Eltham office. This role is full-time 5 days per week on-site.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized individual who will be motivated, have high energy, and have a “can-do” positive mindset. Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate marketing activities, including campaigns, conferences & events for healthcare professionals including budget management and reporting.
· Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager including evaluation of marketing activities.
· Provide support for the Sales team to ensure marketing collateral is available when required and timely communication on events and brand promotions is provided.
· Assist in the distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
· Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
· Assist with customer phone inquiries and other sales-related activities as they arise.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Must have rights to work in Australia without sponsorship.
· 2-4 years work experience in an administration or co-ordination role
· Experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical industry is desirable but not necessary.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Experience in Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or Illustrator would be welcomed.
