THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a proactive visionary with a passion for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce?

Reporting to the CEO, The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy including overseeing the social media platforms and marketplaces. This role is responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that boost sales, customer engagement and retention and build our brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:  

  • Website content management including homepage, category pages, landing pages, promotional flags, navigation, and other on-site content.
  • Managing social media accounts, including several Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as the company LinkedIn, YouTube and Gumtree accounts.
  • SEO & improving the organic ranking by using Google Search Console and Keyword Planner.
  • Running & planning effective Google Search Ads and Display Ads with optimised CPCs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and direct messaging and comments via social media platforms and raise with customer service team.
  • Manage EDM Campaigns.
  • Supporting with the organisation of industry days, country & trade shows.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED

We are particularly interested in someone who possesses the ability to think innovatively and is driven to make a meaningful impact.  To be successful in this role, you ideally have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and success in managing E-Commerce metrics, analytics data, SEO/SEM, marketing database email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving mindset with an ability to draw meaningful business insights from data analytics and prepare reporting.
