Flexible work hours Task & Responsibilities Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings. Review the plant and prepare work codes and work standards to meet the adequate work safety. Inspect the product for quality and advise on the necessary changes according to the required standards. Review and study the organizational and project information to make suitable machine assembly and work allocation of units for maximum efficiency and productivity. Review and check the designs in accordance with relevant design standards and codes and establishing standards for installation of ductwork. Analyse and plan labour allocation, utilisation, project budget, production schedule and cost to determine optimum work and equipment efficiencies. Knowledge in fabrication software’s (Vicon, Camduct) Inspect plant to ensure the best performance is maintained. Sound knowledge about galvanized and stainless-steel material properties. Organize the delivery of the ductwork and managing the project. Do basic estimation for supply and installation projects. Assist in equipment maintenance, repair, upgrades, and installations. Perform scheduled inspections and condition assessment on machines. Complete tasks to high quality while working to a deadline. Work with material suppliers to support material flow and availability. Qualification & Experience Relevant Engineering qualification At least 2 years work experience in similar role or industry Have a strong adherence OH&S and in keeping as safe workplace. An ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Willing to follow detail instructions to and quick Learner. Be able to perform the physical requirements of the role. Excellent Organizational skills with attention to detail.
