Your new company National Australian owned Food Manufacturing business, delighting tastebuds across the Country with their family favourite creations are seeking a Quality Control Officer to join their successful operations team on a permanent full-time basis. There are three shifts available, being days, afternoons, and night shifts. Your new role
Conduct routine line walks and product inspections
Collect product samples as per company requirements
Product verifications against quality standards
Ensure all CCP, QCP and monitoring activities are completed as required
Conduct line clearance swabs and routine environmental swabbing, initiating corrective actions for recleaning.
Identify and report any food safety or quality issues
Coordinating return of completed production records for review
Assist with GMP compliance
Other duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Suits recent graduates, Food Science or similar, or demonstrated QC/QA experience.
Excellent communication skill
Good general knowledge of food safety and GMP
Computer competency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint & IAuditorExperience
Attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformances in product and processes
HACCP experience and/or awareness
Proactive and self-motivated
