Our client has low staff turnover and is looking to hire a Client Service Administrator to assist the busy team of accountants. Your new role The primary function of the role is to provide strong administrative support to a team of friendly accountants and play an integral role within client services. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Preparation of Finals packages for clients
Manage client communication
Managing lodgement list
Maintaining and updating client details, including new client set up
Lodging Tax Returns and FBT Returns via PLS
Lodging of Super Fund returns in BGL SF 360
Manage workflow and allocation for team
Finalising and reviewing invoices in MYOB AO
Client Disbursements
Updating client debtors and sending debt reminders
Managing Company Secretarial documents via Now Infinity
Relief reception duties
Other duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a professional service, e.g. accountant, legal
Strong administration skills - minimum 2 years
Great communications skills - written and verbal
Stakeholder management
Professional and mature attitude towards work
Must be an AUS Citizen or have PR
