Rochele have an excellent opportunity for a fulltime Maintenance Painter to join our team.
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out small painting jobs and rectification work regularly
- Liaising with clients to arrange time to complete allocated job cards
- Communicating with works programmer on progress of jobs
- Ensuring correct safety measures are used when erecting any scaffolding, ladders or trestles required to complete painting works
- The use of drop sheets to be properly applied to any flooring or furniture to ensure our client’s belongings are protected
- All surfaces to be properly prepared as per our specifications i.e. filling any holes or sealing any surfaces if required.
- Correctly applying any paint, varnish, wallpaper or other products as per our job card specifications and product specifications
Applicants for this position should:
- Be a fully qualified painter (certificate 3)
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Enjoy maintenance style painting
- Capable of working independently
- Enjoy teaching an apprentice
Remuneration
$70,000 - $75,000 per annum
