An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Process Architect to join our new Aegros team on site in Brisbane as a permanent employee.
Reporting to the Lead Process Architect, you will provide strong GMP architectural experience when reviewing design proposals for our new $350 million facility manufacturing facility in Queensland.
Requirements
What you will be doing….
Developing the masterplan and managing third party engineer company to deliver concept BOD’s and detail design
Oversight and approval of third party CSA and detail design drawings
Plan, develop & execute project
Ensuring availability of resources to execute the projects to benchmark standard
Ctitically assess project risks and propose mitigations
Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team in meeting organisational goals through establishing and reporting of department metrics
Assisting in leading the evolution of our architecture processes
You will bring...
Minimum of 10 years experience in process architecture
Bachelor of Architecture or similar qualification
Experience of working on large scale pharmaceutical projects at leadership atchitect level
Exemplary interpersonal, team working, communication, leadership and organisational capabilities
Financial and commercial acumen when interfacing with external vendors
Positive mindset especially when dealing with challenges and ambiguity
Willingness to embrace new systems, processes, technology, ideas and continuous process improvement
