You are responsible for supporting the sales & profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver the best customer experience in line with your store. - Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and motivating others to create the best customer experience.
- Ensure store operations and best practice are followed in your department and throughout the store.
- Promoting our Hello Member program in line with store and country goals.
- Collaborate with the store visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience.
- Promote an open feedback culture were giving and receiving feedback helps drive goals forward and is the foundation for helping our people grow.
