About the role

Our Cruise Attendants are an integral part of our Marine team and get to experience all sorts of cool opportunities like snorkel watching, tour guiding, and cooking up delicious Aussie BBQ's!
Your primary job is ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:
- Greeting and assisting guests ensuring the guests experience and safety is priority;
- Exceptional food and beverage delivery;
- Conducting safety briefings and presentations to the guests;
- Maintaining stock control or consumables on board and daily reconciliations; and
- Vessel housekeeping and cleanliness.
These positions are physically demanding and will require you to work on your feet for long periods of time. You will have the unique opportunity to work across our products from Camira Sailing, Great Barrier Reef Adventure, Whitehaven Beach to Resort Connections!

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service
- Know your stuff, you’ve had extensive food and beverage experience, love working on water, and your a proven superstar providing amazing guest experiences – you see everything through a guest centric lens
- Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all
- Show a commitment to our luxury brand
- Be a strong swimmer who is not affected by sea sickness
To be successful in this rule, you must or willing to obtain:
- Hospitality qualifications and previous marine experience highly regarded.
- Elements of Shipboard Safety
- QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol
- QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
- Provide First Aid, CPR and O2, Bronze Medallion and crowd management certificates are highly regarded.
