We have an exciting opportunity within our team for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator working out of our Victoria branch.
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator at our Victoria Branch, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. You will assist customers in achieving their goals and ensure our business objectives are exceeded.
This includes:
Ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions
Manage inventory, build excellent working relationships with customers and ensure margins are maintained
Co-ordinate work flow
Work with customer needs and explain and demonstrate products and application
Provide sales support to the sales team
Business development: maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new customer opportunities
About you You are passionate and driven to succeed and thrive within a customer service/sales operations environment. As a people person, your focus is on performance and relationship development both internally and externally. You will also be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate:
Experience working as an internal customer service/sales professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to organize and prioritize
A background in working within the transport industry would be advantageous but not essential
Drivers license required
Forklift license desirable
