Randstad are proud to be partnered with a prestigious organisation located in Ashgrove, a northern suburb of Brisbane. This is a full time permanent position for an experienced Finance Officer/Bookkeeper.
The opportunity:

Full time permanent position with onsite parking

Working alongside a positive, friendly team and reporting into the Director of Finance
Your role:
to be accountable for providing administration and operation support to the finance department.
Manage cashless money collection systems and accounts for sub entities, petty cash and corporate cards management
Management of online online systems and regularly uploading into the general ledger
Assist the Director of Finance with financial reporting requirements for Management and Government
Management of Fixed Assets register, asset audits, preparation for interim and yearly audits
Prepare Finance reports eg, BAS, GST & FBT done in a timely manner and on a regular basis;
Month and Year-end processing and reconciliation and adhoc reporting required
About you:
You are an experienced Finance Officer/Bookkeeper:
Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Attention to detail, with an eye to streamline business procedures
Intermediate to advanced excel skills and the ability to develop these further
Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and multitask- strong work ethic
Ability to back fill in other Finance Team roles such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Current Blue Card (Working with Children)
Ability to act with integrity and be customer focused, friendly & approachable
