Customer Care role within Medical Devices, $65-70,000 + super Your new company This international company with their Australian Head office based in Macquarie Park offer medical device solutions for their business clients. Their products range from standard to customised for individuals and will improve the daily life of the end user. Their offices are modern and come with loads of natural light, friendly and informative team and managers. Your new role As front line customer service you will predominately take inbound calls from b2b customers with enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and time frames. As everything is manufactured and designed on site you will be able to answer any query with ease (following in depth and structured training). There is also an element of complaint handling and problem-solving. All information is recorded in Salesforce. What you'll need to succeed We are seeking candidates with strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to meet SLA's, hold professional conversations with customers in the medical industry and able to multitask with high attention to detail. You will have proven experience of handling customer enquiries and complaints, ideally exposure to order entry and/or use of a CRM. Your communication skills will be excellent, and you will be an empathetic and passionate customer service provider. You will need to be able to commute to Macquarie Park and work full time Mon-Fri.
