Technical Implementation Consultant - SaaS Your new company A global software company that's software is designed for product lifecycle management. The software is designed to help businesses manage their entire product development process, from ideation and design through to production and delivery. Their primary focus is on the fashion and consumer goods industries. Your new role This role will be working on the integration and implementation of the software for their clients and will also include;
Execute gap analysis & solution mapping for system integration to client systems.
System configurations on Front-End and Backend (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java and XML).
Perform pre-go live data load and data import to PLM system.
Prepare documentation for system integration and work with customer to troubleshoot system integration issues between PLM system and customer systems such as ERP.
Support day-to-day troubleshooting, UAT and system implementation for multiple projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Fashion or automotive is advantageous.
Hands on System Implementation and Integration experience.
Understanding of infrastructure and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) and familiar with SaaS model,
Technical experience in XML, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
Experience in consulting or client facing roles
