This well-established and family-owned manufacturer boilermakers/welders to join their expanding team Your new company This well-established organisation are experts at providing outstanding custom metal fabrication services using the most advanced manufacturing machinery available today. They are the metal fabrication, production, powder-coating and welding specialists! Providing products to a number of industries including architectural, residential, commercial, and industrial customers, they also supply the automotive, signage, marine, electrical, cabinetry, agriculture and defence industries to name a few. As the company is growing vastly they are currently looking for qualified and experienced Boilermakers, Welders and Sheet Metal workers to join their innovative and friendly team. Your new role This role will see you using your knowledge of metals and ability to select gauge and type of sheet metal according to products being fabricated. You will need to be proficient in interpreting job specifications and blueprints as well as assembling sheet medical components into final products by riveting, soldering and spot welding. This is a varied role with no two jobs the same and will be based both in the workshop located in the northern suburbs and around Adelaide where required What you'll need to succeed
Trade qualifications in either Boilermaking, Welding or Fabrication
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Proficient in cutting metal stock with precision using hand and powered shears, guillotines and drills
Time management and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Positive attitude and reliability
