We're seeking a Bid Manager to contribute to the delivery of world-leading healthcare solutions! Your new company A global organisation that delivers world-leading healthcare solutions is seeking a Bid/Proposal Manager for a permanent opportunity! Your new role You'll be responsible for crafting and managing compelling and professional bid/tender responses. The position works closely with all departments of the business to develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed client requirements, thereby supporting the company's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Write competitive proposals and tender responses, ensuring high quality responses are submitted on time.
Lead strategy and content workshops to assist in the production of innovative bid strategy, win themes, and value proposition tailored to client's requirements.
Prepare bid management plans and communicate bid strategy, bid team roles, and responsibilities through bid kick-off and other communication activities.
Understand key client drivers and articulate the solution in clear, concise, relevant, and compelling responses.
Identify risks and/or opportunities for business growth for each bid. Work with relevant staff to ensure proposals and bid responses are competitive, achievable, profitable, and in line with client requirements.
Take accountability for writing and producing persuasive executive summaries and response documents.

What you'll need to succeed Do you have the following attributes and experience?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Services, Communications or a related field of study.
Demonstrated experience writing and project managing complex bid/tender processes, including key tasks, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
Time management and organisational skills; ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, prioritising tasks and coordinating others to ensure deadlines and business objectives are met.
Demonstrated capacity to establish and develop effective relationships with internal and external customers; through the determination of needs, management of processes, and delivery standards with respect to developing bids and proposals.
Superior communication, consultative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
High-level analytical skills, including the ability to analyse both external customer requirements and internal business requirements
