This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Administrator to join an inclusive and collaborative team, within an Educational Institution, located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

Your typical duties will include:
Administrative support for school reviews and other compliance matters
Maintain the qualifications register within Synergetic and on-site evidence of qualification
Prepare Human Resources Data and Compliance reports as required
Maintaining records and information databases
Diary management, travel arrangements and ad hoc team administration
Preparing written correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the proper administration, filing and safeguarding of all Human Resource records and reports as required by law and best practice
To be successful, you will possess:
Previous work administration experience within Education are highly favourable
Commitment to promoting the School and its community
Experience in using Synergetic software is desirable
Experience in Human Resource Management an advantage
Great communication and customer service skills- both verbal and written
Advanced MS Office skills;
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Hold a current Working with Childrens Check
Valid National Police Clearance
