Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist role. As a physiotherapist, your daily tasks will involve creating custom treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs, assessments, and diagnosis, providing physiotherapy treatment to clients to reduce pain and symptoms, contributing to patient records, liaising with medical practitioners and other health professionals to provide holistic care, maintaining equipment and treatment areas, and educating clients on injury prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and exercises to improve mobility and strength.
Qualifications
Completion of a physiotherapy degree from an accredited institution
Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
Full AHPRA registration and ability to obtain a Medicare provider number
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting physical assessments and developing treatment plans
Experience in providing and performing physiotherapy treatments
Confident in various physiotherapy techniques and modalities
Familiarity with electronic medical records, and ability to maintain accurate records
An interest in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge
Relevant certifications or specializations in a specific area of physiotherapy, such as Manual Therapy, Sports Physiotherapy and Pelvic Physiotherapy will be highly regarded
