About the Role As a HR Administrator you are responsible for first line support to internal and external customers in all facets of the attraction, on-boarding and retention process including, contracts, administration and general HR queries. Key duties of your role include:

Provide accurate and relevant administrative assistance to employees and managers within the organisation.
Carry out contract requests for new employees and the associated new starter paperwork packs
Maintain associated databases and enter new starter and employment contract information in Workday

Classification for this position is HS2 ($66,700 per annum) pro rata.
Your Contribution

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About Human Resources Department The Human Resources Department provides all facets of Generalist HR Services including Employee and Industrial Relations, Attraction, Recruitment and Selection and HR Consultancy. To support these functions, the Department consists of teams which include a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, Recruitment Team and HR Transactions Team.
