Your new role Reporting and assisting the Annual Giving & Campaigns Manager, you will be aiding in the development of compelling case studies, developing videos and content to support annual giving appeals, showcasing the impact of their work.
This role will involve interviewing people to develop case studies to support our annual giving appeals, including patients who may have experienced a loss of a loved one
Process donations, record supporter contact activities accurately & campaign data in our CRM, Salesforce.
You will be engaging with different stakeholders developing concepts across traditional & digital channels, including photography, videos, case studies, EDMs, website content and copywriting.
Build and nurture relationships with donors through inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance and answering enquiries.
Collaborate with designers to support annual giving campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
Contribute to digital and direct mail campaigns through copywriting and design input.
What you'll need to succeed
Great customer service & strong comms background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Relevant qualifications or work experience in communications, marketing, or fundraising.
Intermediate to advanced, MSOffice including Outlook, Power Point, Excel Word and Teams
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and achieve results with diverse constituencies with potentially competing interests, opinions and expectations
The ability to develop engaging content, including videos and case studies. Video editing skills are highly regarded.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work within budget constraints.
